Abstract


The aim of the present study was to study and identify the causative agents, moulds and yeasts, frequently found in many spaces in high risk area of hospital. The aim of the present work was to compare the identification of yeast isolates from patients and environment and mould performed with API ID 32C and Auxacolor II (Biorad) and identification (PCR) of fungal DNA.
